Philip Benjamin Tower is an independent living apartment complex for residents 55 years and older. Our high-rise building offers 24-hour front desk service and in-apartment amenities that provide our residents with the peace of mind and security they are looking for in a beautiful community.

We share our campus with a synagogue and are just minutes away from churches and other places of worship. Common areas of our building feature a 24-hour library with high-speed Internet service, a 24-hour laundry room, a TV/sun room, a hair salon, and a card room or meeting room that can be reserved for private use.

Residents can choose from three floor plans. We are also pleased to offer several rental programs that provide affordable housing for qualified individuals. Please inquire for more information and to see if you qualify.

In addition to the apartment amenities, we are pleased to welcome small pets. We recognize that pets are valued members of our families, and studies have shown that they are often good for our health. If you have a small pet that you would like to bring with you, please let us know.

All of our one bedroom and studio apartments are equipped with the following amenities:
