Our convenient location in the heart of St. Petersburg means you are also just minutes to St. Pete’s beautiful downtown waterfront or, in the opposite direction, the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. A grocery store is just down the street and an indoor shopping mall is only a short distance away.
Our apartments have several amenities including an emergency call system, a smoke detector, a sprinkler system, and carpet and tile flooring. General maintenance and monthly pest service are also included.
